As a QA Automation Lead, you will define and own the automation testing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality engineering goals. You will lead the adoption of advanced automation tools and frameworks, establish governance models, and drive best practices across QA teams. Your role involves providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios, designing CI/CD execution approaches in GitLab, and collaborating with stakeholders to define key quality metrics and dashboards. You will also mentor QA engineers, manage automation risks, and contribute to agile ceremonies, identifying opportunities for innovation in testing.

Key responsibilities include: - Defining enterprise-level automation strategy and roadmap. - Driving adoption of advanced automation tools and frameworks. - Establishing governance, standards, and coding guidelines. - Leading QA teams in delivering high-quality automated testing solutions. - Providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios. - Designing CI/CD execution approaches in GitLab. - Collaborating on automation KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics. - Reviewing and assuring automation code quality.

We are looking for a candidate with 8-10 years of experience in QA automation, possessing strong expertise in API Automation, Automation Framework Creation, OOPS Concepts, Test Reporting, and Risk Management. Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Selenium, Cypress, Java, Jbehave, TestNG, and PL/SQL is mandatory. Experience with GitLab for CI/CD pipeline design and execution is essential.
