Lead the definition and execution of enterprise-level QA automation strategies across UI, API, and mobile platforms, aligning with overarching product and engineering objectives. Establish robust governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across all teams.

Drive multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, implementing continuous improvement measures.

Be accountable for automation ROI, tracking defect leakage trends, and ensuring release confidence across programs. Champion the adoption of advanced practices including intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality assessment, and self-healing test strategies. Collaborate closely with architects and product stakeholders to embed testability and observability into system designs. Oversee risk management, reporting, and ensure audit readiness of QA processes across all programs. Build and mentor high-performing automation teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and a quality-first mindset.

Proven experience of 8-9 years in QA automation, with a strong command of core skills including Junit, Automation Framework Creation, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), OOPS Concepts, Test Reporting, Risk Management, Web Analytics Testing, Python, API Automation, REST Assured, Cucumber, Playwright, and Robot Framework.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving quality outcomes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Possess strategic thinking to manage quality risks and testing challenges, making informed decisions that balance quality, timelines, and business needs. Effectively communicate quality status, risks, and dependencies.
