Define and implement a comprehensive, enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with product and engineering objectives.

Establish robust governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to promote consistency, scalability, and maintainability across all teams.

Lead cross-team automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management pipelines.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time to drive continuous improvement.

Take ownership of automation ROI, defect leakage trends, and overall release confidence across programs.

Champion the adoption of advanced quality practices including intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality, and self-healing test strategies.

Collaborate closely with architects and product stakeholders to embed testability and observability into system designs.

Oversee risk management, reporting, and ensure audit readiness for QA processes across all programs.

Proven experience in defining and driving enterprise-level QA automation strategies across UI, API, and mobile domains.
