As a QA Automation Lead, you will architect and implement enterprise-level QA automation strategies spanning UI, API, and mobile domains, ensuring alignment with product and engineering objectives. You'll establish robust governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to promote consistency and scalability across teams.

Key responsibilities include leading multi-team automation initiatives within CI/CD and DevOps pipelines, defining critical KPIs such as automation coverage and defect leakage, and driving continuous improvement. You will be accountable for automation ROI and release confidence, while also championing advanced practices like intelligent test selection and self-healing tests. Collaboration with architects and product stakeholders to ensure system testability and observability is crucial. Furthermore, you will oversee risk management, reporting, and audit readiness for QA processes, while building and mentoring high-performing automation teams.

We are seeking a leader with a strong command of mandatory skills including Playwright, Robot Framework, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, Cucumber, Junit, and TestNG. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and accountability in driving quality outcomes is essential.
