As a QA Automation Lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of enterprise-level QA automation strategies across UI, API, and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching product and engineering objectives. You will establish robust governance, define standards, and create reusable framework libraries to guarantee consistency, scalability, and maintainability across all teams.

Your leadership will extend to guiding multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, driving initiatives for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be accountable for demonstrating automation ROI, monitoring defect leakage trends, and ensuring release confidence across various programs.

We encourage you to champion advanced practices like intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality assessment, and self-healing test strategies. Collaborative efforts with architects and product stakeholders will ensure systems are designed with testability and observability in mind. You will also manage risk, reporting, and audit readiness for QA processes and play a crucial role in building and mentoring high-performing automation teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and a quality-first mindset.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in QA Automation. Essential skills include proficiency in API Automation, Automation Framework Creation for Testing, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), OOPS Concepts, Test Reporting & Risk Management, and Web Analytics Testing. A strong command of Java, Cucumber, REST Assured, Playwright, Junit, and MS SQL is mandatory.

Additional expertise in Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts is highly desirable. You should demonstrate strong leadership and accountability in driving quality outcomes, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic thinking to manage quality risks, informed decision-making that balances quality, timelines, and business needs, and effective communication on quality status, risks, and dependencies are key competencies.

An ability to encourage innovation and continuous learning within the QA team, coupled with a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality solutions, is expected. Experience in building and mentoring high-performing QA teams through coaching and guidance, driving innovation, testing governance, quality best practices, compliance, and excellence in testing processes will be highly valued.
