Define and implement a comprehensive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile domains, aligning with business and engineering objectives. Establish robust governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

Lead multi-team automation initiatives, integrating them with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like automation coverage and defect leakage, driving continuous improvement.

Oversee automation ROI, risk management, and release confidence. Foster a culture of engineering excellence and quality-first mindset by building and mentoring high-performing automation teams. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure systems are designed for testability.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA Automation is required, with mandatory skills including API Automation, Automation Framework Creation for Testing, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), OOPS Concepts, Test Reporting & Risk Management, Web Analytics Testing, Java, Cucumber, REST Assured, Playwright, Junit, and MS SQL.

Proficiency in BDD/Cucumber, framework creation, and experience with Playwright, Junit, and Xpath are essential. Knowledge of Risk Management and advanced concepts in GEN AI & Agentic Frameworks is also highly valued.
