As a key member of our Assurance & Legal Technology department, you will contribute to solutions that enhance the firm’s resilience and support critical legal services. In this role, you will spearhead testing efforts to ensure successful project deliveries and releases, establishing and adhering to best-in-class QA processes. You will own the entire Software Testing Lifecycle, encompassing functional, regression, and performance testing. A core focus will be designing and implementing robust QA strategies with a strong emphasis on test automation, utilizing modern tools and practices to enhance product quality and accelerate release cycles.

Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with development teams to integrate quality practices within sprints and influence quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Developing and maintaining sophisticated test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices will be crucial to enabling agile, integrated QA processes as part of the overall development workflow.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Test Automation Frameworks and components, with a preference for BDD-based frameworks and proficiency in Playwright. A strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming principles, test reporting, multithreading, and data structure algorithms is essential.

Key responsibilities include executing comprehensive testing processes from requirements analysis to defect reporting and regression testing, utilizing Git for version control, and developing UI automation scripts with Selenium. Experience with backend/API automation, performance testing tools, and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines is vital. Familiarity with web technologies, CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and accessibility testing tools is also required.
