As an Automation Test Engineer II, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining requirement-driven test scenarios, cases, and plans to ensure high-quality software releases. Your role will focus on continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring consistent updates to execution environments and meticulous tracking of regression testing issues.

You will collaborate with the Software Test Engineering team to enhance our internal quality system and support quality audits. Integral to your responsibilities will be close work with product line management, project managers, support, and developers to champion a quality-driven product.

Key duties include mentoring team members, managing daily activities alongside offline projects, and modernizing our automation framework. You will drive process efficiency improvements, design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, automated scripts, and conduct full lifecycle testing including integration, regression, and stress tests. Identifying and reporting defects, investigating customer issues, and providing input on functional requirements are also core aspects of this role.

We are seeking a candidate with a BS in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience, along with at least 5 years of related experience. A minimum of 3 years dedicated to automated testing, including the development and maintenance of automation solutions for both frontend UI and backend APIs, is required.

Proficiency in C# with Selenium is essential, alongside experience with version control and issue tracking systems. You should be adept in one or more of the following coding languages and possess a working knowledge of relational database concepts. Familiarity with healthcare and clinical trial industry standards and regulations is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include a methodical approach to problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a broad understanding of SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. A genuine passion for quality assurance is highly valued.
