As an Associate Manager for QA Automation, you will define and lead the enterprise-level automation testing strategy and roadmap. This includes driving the adoption of advanced automation tools and best practices, establishing governance models, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality automated testing solutions across multiple QA teams.

You will provide technical leadership for complex automation scenarios, design CI/CD execution approaches, and be accountable for automation effectiveness and defect leakage reduction. Collaboration with stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics is key. You will also review automation code, oversee knowledge transfer, manage automation risks, and contribute to agile ceremonies, identifying opportunities for innovation like AI-driven testing.

We are seeking candidates with mandatory skills in API Automation, Selenium, Java, BDD – Cucumber, and Junit. Experience with CI/CD, XPath, Risk Management, Web Analytics Testing, Core Java, ReadyAPI, and DB Testing (SQL/Oracle) is also required.
