As an Associate Manager in QA Automation, you will define and own the enterprise automation testing strategy, aligning it with project goals and quality engineering objectives. You'll champion advanced automation tools and best practices, establishing governance models, reusable components, and coding standards. Leading multiple QA teams, you will ensure high-quality automated testing solutions, providing technical leadership for complex scenarios like API authentication and asynchronous flows. You will also design and guide the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated suites and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics.

Key duties include ensuring automation effectiveness, reducing defect leakage, and promoting overall test confidence. You will review automation code quality, oversee knowledge transfer, and manage automation risks. Additionally, you will support defect triage, RCA for automation failures, and contribute to agile ceremonies, identifying opportunities for innovation in areas like AI-driven testing.

We are looking for a leader with a strong background in QA Automation, including mandatory skills in API Automation, Selenium, Java, BDD – Cucumber, and Junit. Experience with CI/CD, Xpath, Risk Management, Web Analytics Testing, Core Java, Ready API, DB Testing (SQL/Oracle), and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
