This role involves leading and driving quality assurance initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-enabled automation and data-centric testing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust test strategies, particularly for GenAI-assisted testing scenarios.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing ETL/Data Warehouse testing, leveraging advanced SQL for data validation, and overseeing data migration and reconciliation efforts. The role also requires developing data-related automation solutions and managing testing frameworks.

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional with hands-on experience in GenAI-assisted testing and defining AI-enabled automation test strategies. Essential skills include expertise in ETL/Data Warehouse testing, advanced SQL for data validation, and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.

Proficiency in Python, developing test automation frameworks for data solutions, and conducting data migration and reconciliation testing are crucial. Strong test leadership, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines are also required.
