As a Senior Python Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable applications and robust backend solutions leveraging core Python, Django, or Flask frameworks. You will define application architecture and development strategies, ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of reusable Python modules, designing optimized data processing solutions with NumPy and Pandas, and establishing efficient database interaction strategies. You will also set ORM design standards, define API testing approaches, and establish unit testing standards to enhance automated test coverage.

Further duties involve reviewing application designs and code for adherence to quality standards, troubleshooting complex technical issues with root cause analysis, and driving application performance optimization. You will ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals, while also mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in Python development. Essential skills include proficiency in Python Shell, OOPS Concepts, Core Python Programming, MS SQL, Django, Pandas, FastAPI Framework, and Django ORM. Experience with NumPy is also required.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong ownership, technical excellence, and a collaborative approach. You should possess excellent analytical thinking, adaptability to evolving technologies, and effective communication skills regarding technical decisions and progress.
