As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable applications and backend solutions using Core Python and frameworks like Django or Flask. You will define application architecture and development approaches, ensuring alignment with both business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of reusable Python modules and components, designing and optimizing data processing solutions with NumPy and Pandas, and establishing robust database interaction strategies with MS SQL. You will also define ORM design standards and optimize object-relational mapping for enhanced maintainability and scalability.

Furthermore, you will establish development standards and coding practices, utilize Python Shell for troubleshooting, and define API testing approaches. This role involves establishing unit testing standards, improving automated test coverage, and reviewing application designs and code to uphold engineering and quality standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, driving application performance optimization, and mentoring team members on Python development and best practices.

We are seeking experienced Senior Engineers with 6-8 years of professional experience. A strong command of Python Shell, OOPS Concepts, Core Python Programming, and MS SQL is mandatory.

Expertise in Django, Pandas, FastAPI Framework, and Django ORM is essential for this role. Experience with NumPy for data processing is also required.
