Develop and maintain robust Python scripts and automation solutions tailored for various applications and data processes. Execute complex SQL queries for precise data validation, in-depth analysis, and effective troubleshooting. Design, manage, and optimize ETL processes and workflows to ensure seamless data integration and movement. Perform essential operational tasks leveraging Unix/Linux commands to support system functionalities. Utilize Git for efficient source code management, adhering to best practices for branching, merging, and collaborative code reviews. Create and sustain automated test scripts to enhance software quality and reliability. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution. Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of automation and development methodologies.

A minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience is required for this senior role. Proficiency in Python programming for developing scripts, utilities, and automation solutions is essential. Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, and aggregations for data validation, are mandatory. Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ETL processes and workflows is crucial. Solid understanding of Unix/Linux commands for operational tasks. Extensive experience with Git for source code management, including branching, merging, and pull requests. Experience with the Robot Framework for developing and maintaining automation test cases is highly desirable. Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools is a significant advantage. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
