Architect and build scalable, maintainable Python-based automation frameworks for UI, API, microservices, and integration testing. Define automation strategies, select tools, and establish best practices for maximum efficiency and coverage. Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to enable shift-left testing and continuous delivery. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure applications are designed for testability, scalability, and performance. Conduct code reviews for automation scripts and frameworks, ensuring adherence to standards and performance optimization. Mentor team members on Python automation, design patterns, and advanced testing techniques. Align quality engineering initiatives with business and technical goals by collaborating with stakeholders and product teams.

Proven experience in designing and developing Python-based automation frameworks. Proficiency in API automation using tools like REST Assured. Solid understanding of automation framework creation and development principles. Familiarity with basic build, deployment, and CI/CD concepts. Experience in test case creation, execution, and test design practices, including TDD. Skilled in using JIRA for test management. Experience with Selenium for UI automation. Knowledge of MS SQL is essential. Familiarity with ETL concepts is a plus.
