As a Senior Python SDET Engineer, you will architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable Python-based automation frameworks for UI, API, microservices, and integration testing. You will define automation strategies, select tools, and establish best practices to enhance coverage and efficiency. Integrating frameworks with CI/CD pipelines will be key for continuous delivery.

You will analyze system architecture, collaborate with engineering teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. This role also involves mentoring team members, aligning quality initiatives with business goals, and driving innovation in testing strategies and processes.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 7-8 years of experience in Python SDET roles. Essential skills include Python programming, API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, Selenium, and MS SQL. A solid understanding of CI/CD principles, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (like TDD), Test Reporting, and Risk Management is also mandatory.

Familiarity with ETL Concepts is an advantage. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to driving quality initiatives and mentoring team members.
