As a Python Gen AI ML Developer, you will be instrumental in implementing advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. This includes developing robust Python code, leveraging libraries like NumPy and Pandas, and working with databases such as Neo4j and MongoDB.

You will also contribute to web development using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Experience within a Scrum team, including participation in ceremonies, is essential. A key focus will be on Gen AI implementations, utilizing frameworks like Langchain and Vector Databases, and implementing AI/ML models with scikit-learn and TensorFlow. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is also expected.

Ideal candidates will possess 4-6 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years dedicated to strong Python coding. Proficiency in Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas) and NoSQL databases (Neo4j, Mongo DB) is required.

We are looking for experience with Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and working within agile Scrum environments. Excellent communication skills are a must. Experience with Gen AI, Langchain, Vector DBs, and Embeddings is highly desirable.

Familiarity with AI/ML model implementations using scikit-learn and TensorFlow is crucial. Additional experience with Chat, IVR, or Banking applications, along with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) knowledge, will be considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree is generally expected for this role.
