As a Python Data Lead, you will define and champion enterprise application architecture strategies using Python, Django, or Flask. Your role involves establishing robust engineering standards, governance models, and development best practices across teams. You will also define reusable framework patterns for scalable solutions, drive adoption of Python development standards, and establish best practices for data processing, transformation, and analytical solutions using NumPy and Pandas.

Further responsibilities include defining enterprise standards for relational database integration, data access strategies, and performance optimization. You will also establish coding standards, quality frameworks, and application development governance. Defining enterprise data access architecture and ORM standards using Django ORM, SQLAlchemy, or SQLModel will be key. Leading architecture reviews, ensuring applications meet scalability and performance objectives, and defining enterprise testing standards and quality engineering practices are also crucial.

You will also establish enterprise API quality standards, guiding teams on Python architecture and application design. Identifying technical risks, architectural gaps, and performance bottlenecks with mitigation strategies is essential. Driving modernization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on application quality and engineering maturity, alongside collaborating with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives, will be integral to success.

We are seeking a leader with mandatory skills in Python Programming (Core), Python Shell, FastAPI Framework, Flask, and Pandas. Experience with NumPy is also essential for data processing standards.

Key competencies include proficiency in programming languages like Python (Flask, OOPS Concepts, Python Shell), databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle (PL/SQL Packages), and Big Data technologies like MongoDB. Experience with User Interface technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is also required.
