As a Python Backend Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable backend applications and robust RESTful APIs using Python. You will leverage your expertise in AWS services to build cloud-native solutions, working collaboratively with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams. Key contributions include optimizing application performance, implementing comprehensive logging and monitoring, participating in code reviews to uphold best practices, and actively troubleshooting production issues. You will also play a part in automating and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines.

Your responsibilities will encompass: - Developing and maintaining scalable backend applications in Python. - Building and refining RESTful APIs and microservices. - Creating cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services. - Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high-quality solution delivery. - Enhancing application performance, scalability, and security. - Implementing effective logging, monitoring, and alerting systems. - Participating in code reviews and upholding development standards. - Troubleshooting and supporting application maintenance. - Contributing to CI/CD automation.

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development. Proficiency in Python frameworks like FastAPI and Flask is essential, with Django being a preferred advantage. You should possess demonstrated experience in developing and consuming REST APIs, alongside expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong problem-solving capabilities, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial.
