Join Google Cloud as a Pursuit Lead, guiding organizations through their digital transformation journeys. This role focuses on accelerating customer adoption of Google Cloud products by leading technical transformations and managing the delivery of consulting engagements. You will engage with enterprise leadership and cross-functional global teams, driving the successful implementation of cloud solutions.

Spearhead customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading implementation strategies. Offer expert technical guidance, manage project timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation objectives.

Coordinate customer events and launches, collaborating with support, engineering, and site reliability teams to ensure client success. Address and resolve customer issues or escalations by working closely with clients and support personnel.

Establish best practices and create valuable assets derived from customer engagements to support partner initiatives and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.

Facilitate solution breakdown sessions to translate customer business use cases into executable delivery models and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Partner with business and customer engineering teams to gather detailed customer use cases and requirements. Develop tailored service strategies for key accounts and serve as the primary liaison for services business with the management team.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess at least 8 years of experience in navigating complex customer organizational structures, developing and promoting service solutions, and ensuring on-time project delivery.

Demonstrated experience in effectively translating intricate business requirements into practical and efficient technological solutions. Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, business units, channel partners, system integrators, and third-party developers to deliver impactful solutions.
