Spearhead customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation lifecycle. Offer expert technical guidance, manage project timelines, key milestones, migration objectives, and business transformation strategies.

Coordinate customer events and product launches, working closely with support, engineering, and site reliability teams to ensure customer success. Facilitate issue resolution and manage escalations effectively.

Develop and refine best practices and reusable assets from customer engagements to support partner initiatives and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.

Conduct detailed solution decomposition to translate customer business use cases into actionable delivery models and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Collaborate with business and customer engineering teams to gather critical customer use cases and requirements. Define service strategies for specific accounts and serve as the primary contact for services business with the internal business team.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrate 10 years of experience navigating complex customer organizational structures, developing and promoting service solutions, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technological solutions.
