Spearhead customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation process. Provide expert technical guidance, manage project timelines, milestones, migration objectives, and business transformation strategies.

Orchestrate customer events and launches, collaborating with support, engineering, and site reliability teams to ensure client success. Address and resolve customer issues or escalations promptly.

Develop and share best practices and reusable assets derived from customer engagements. Support partner initiatives to accelerate Google Cloud adoption.

Lead solution decomposition sessions, transforming customer business use cases into actionable delivery models and Statements of Works (SOWs).

Collaborate with business development and customer engineering teams to gather crucial customer use cases and requirements. Define account-specific service strategies and serve as the primary point of contact for the business team regarding services.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 8 years of experience in understanding customer organizational dynamics, developing and advocating for services solutions, and ensuring on-time project delivery.

Demonstrated experience in translating complex business requirements into effective technological solutions.
