Seeking an experienced Proposals Specialist Advisor to spearhead the development of compelling and compliant proposal submissions.

This role is critical in guiding the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring high-quality output for RFPs.

You will be instrumental in transforming complex requirements into winning proposals.

Lead proposal development from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. Analyze RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements meticulously.

Develop comprehensive proposal schedules, outlines, and plans. Establish and manage collaboration sites and repositories.

Conduct effective kickoff meetings and daily status calls. Integrate win strategies and themes into proposal content.

Provide leadership and guidance to proposal teams. Facilitate proposal reviews with constructive recommendations.

Coordinate technical proposal sections and liaise with subject matter experts. Review team submissions for quality and adherence to requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of all RFx materials. Coordinate both written and oral proposal efforts. Document and implement lessons learned for process improvement.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated proposal management experience is essential.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in writing, reviewing, and editing proposals.

Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively, including individuals from all organizational levels.

Possess excellent time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple overlapping proposal projects simultaneously.
