Join our team as a Proposals Specialist Advisor and take the lead in managing complex proposals. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of deals, from initial setup to final submission. You'll be instrumental in driving the proposal development process, working with various internal teams to deliver compliant and compelling responses.

This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to project management. You will oversee all logistical aspects, ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines. The goal is to produce high-quality, professional proposals that meet client requirements and internal standards.

Oversee all aspects of proposal logistics, including site setup, meeting scheduling, and draft distribution. Maintain document version control and ensure consistent formatting for all deliverables.

Establish and maintain a clear bid calendar and proposal development plan, assigning ownership and communicating deadlines to the pursuit team.

Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to management regarding missed deadlines or unmet client requirements, ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions.

Review RFx documents to understand client needs, then populate initial response drafts using content from the repository.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, and Finance.

Partner with Editors and Graphic Designers to create visually appealing and high-quality responses aligned with brand guidelines.

Develop proposal and presentation materials for orals, working with Technical SMEs, Finance, Legal, and sales leads.

Contribute to and create best-in-class content for the central content library.

Proven experience in managing multiple deals of medium to moderate complexity.

Skilled in managing all facets of proposal logistics, including site setup, meeting facilitation, and document version control.

Proficiency in establishing and maintaining bid calendars and proposal development plans.

Ability to perform detailed RFx reviews and populate initial response documents.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.).

Experience working with editors and graphic designers to produce polished proposals.

Capability to create proposal and presentation materials for oral presentations.

Experience in adding and creating content for a content library is advantageous.
