Seeking a meticulous Proposals Specialist to expertly manage the end-to-end proposal process for deals of varying complexity. This role is crucial in ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality proposal submissions.

You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and flow of proposal development, from initial setup to final delivery, working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.

Spearhead proposal logistics, including establishing shared proposal sites, facilitating status meetings, and managing document version control. You will ensure consistent formatting and prepare deliverables for final submission, proactively identifying and escalating any risks to deadlines or client requirements.

Perform thorough RFx reviews, populate initial response drafts using content repository resources, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Solutions, Legal, and Finance. Collaboration with Editors and Graphic Designers is key to producing visually compelling and brand-aligned responses.

A proactive approach to managing multiple proposals simultaneously is essential. Experience in driving the proposal lifecycle, including document creation, review, and submission, is required.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams are paramount. You should be adept at working under pressure to meet strict deadlines and contribute to building a robust content library.
