Seeking a skilled Proposals Senior Analyst to support proposal development for various deal complexities. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful creation and delivery of high-quality proposal documents.

The position involves comprehensive management of all proposal logistics, from setting up collaboration sites to leading status meetings and maintaining document version control. A key responsibility includes ensuring a clear and adhered-to bid calendar, with precise assignment of deliverable ownership and deadlines for all team members.

This role requires proactive identification and escalation of potential issues to management when deadlines or client requirements are at risk. It also involves performing detailed reviews of RFx documents to accurately capture client needs and initiate response drafts from content repositories.

Manage all facets of proposal logistics, including site setup, meeting coordination, and document version control.

Establish and maintain a clear bid calendar and proposal development plan, ensuring accountability for all deliverables and deadlines.

Proactively identify and communicate risks and red flags to management concerning missed deadlines or unmet client requirements.

Conduct thorough reviews of RFx documents to extract client requirements and prepare initial response drafts.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Solutioning, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, and Finance.

Partner with Editors and Graphic Designers to produce compelling and visually appealing proposals adhering to brand guidelines.

Create engaging proposal and presentation materials for oral presentations, working closely with Subject Matter Experts, Finance, Legal, and Sales leads.

Contribute to and enhance the Content Library with best-in-class materials.

Proven experience in supporting proposal development activities, particularly for low to medium complexity deals.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in document management, version control, and maintaining consistent formatting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to analyze RFx documents and extract key client requirements.

Experience in working with cross-functional departments including Sales, Legal, Finance, and technical teams.

Familiarity with creating presentation materials for oral defenses.
