Drive the creation of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused proposals in response to various RFXs. This role ensures timely submissions and enhances our competitive edge through effective proposal development.

This position is key to refining our proposal processes and contributing valuable insights to our knowledge repository. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of proposal lifecycle management and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Lead the end-to-end proposal process, fostering collaboration across diverse teams to develop competitive and compelling submissions. Analyze RFx requirements meticulously and establish clear proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices. Facilitate effective kickoff meetings and daily status calls, ensuring adherence to the development plan.

Assign ownership for proposal sections, bridging gaps to assemble winning teams. Prepare initial draft responses, integrating win strategies, themes, and discriminators. Provide guidance and leadership on proposal content, ensuring it meets specified requirements and quality standards. Coordinate technical sections, maintaining strong liaison with subject matter experts and reviewing team submissions for accuracy and compliance.

Oversee timely submission of all RFx deliverables, including written and oral proposals. Conduct and document lessons learned sessions to optimize process efficiency. Lead the preparation of oral presentation collaterals and practice sessions. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Engagement teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

A minimum of 10-12 years of dedicated experience in proposal management is essential. Proven expertise in written and verbal communication, including extensive experience in writing, reviewing, and editing proposals and related content.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams, including individuals at all levels of the organization and other proposal stakeholders. Strong time management skills are crucial for effectively managing multiple overlapping proposals simultaneously.
