We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record in PMO analysis and project delivery. You will leverage your expertise in professional services environments to ensure smooth project execution and foster continuous improvement across our project lifecycle. The core of this role involves providing robust PMO support, ensuring the successful progress of data feed migration and understanding its commercial complexities and acceptance criteria. You will be responsible for accurate invoice processing, managing purchase orders, and handling payments for ecosystem suppliers within OneERP and Ariba.

A key responsibility includes managing resource demands in Kimble, implementing a Headcount Dashboard to track project costs in OneERP. This involves a proactive approach to problem-solving, escalating concerns, and leading status calls with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation throughout project lifecycles.

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a similar PMO Analyst role, preferably within consulting, IT services, or the telecom/insurance/public sector domains. A strong command of project and program management methodologies, coupled with substantial financial management experience for projects, is essential. You must demonstrate excellent analytical, interpretation, and reporting capabilities.

Proficiency in advanced IT skills, including MS Excel, Power BI, general MS Office, and MS Visio, is a must. Strong people skills are vital for effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across all business levels. Experience with project delivery and acceptance processes, alongside a keen eye for detail and financial awareness, will be critical for success in this position.
