In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating with IT Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather crucial operational and project data. Your responsibilities will include collecting, consolidating, validating, and analyzing data from diverse sources.

Key duties involve developing and maintaining MIS reports, insightful dashboards, and executive management presentations. You will also perform advanced Excel analysis using Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot, while tracking essential delivery KPIs, resource utilization, project status, risks, and dependencies. Furthermore, you'll analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, revenue, costs, and profitability metrics.

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, or Delivery Dashboards. A strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations is essential.

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and dashboards, is required. VBA knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, are critical. The ability to create compelling executive reports using PowerPoint is also necessary.

While not mandatory, experience with Power BI is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, organization, and coordination skills will be key to success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field is desired, as is experience working with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
