Seeking an experienced Project Program Management Advisor to oversee multiple IT and healthcare projects throughout their entire lifecycle. This role is crucial for partnering with internal NTT DATA teams, client stakeholders, and various support groups to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations.

This position involves comprehensive project management, from initial intake and estimation through execution, go-live, and ongoing production support. You will facilitate critical cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements, design, risks, and delivery plans. The role requires meticulous documentation and proactive management of project governance.

We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive accountability and ensure seamless collaboration between offshore and onshore teams. Your ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver impactful leadership updates will be key to success in this dynamic role.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, from intake to post-production support. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on requirements, design, risks, and delivery plans. Lead project intake activities, ensuring clear capture and alignment of business and technical requirements. Represent projects during the estimation process, coordinating estimates and preparing estimation letters. Collaborate with Release Management for sprint and release planning. Support and coordinate testing phases, including UAT, regression, and defect tracking. Facilitate production handover discussions for smooth transitions and operational readiness. Produce and maintain project documentation, status dashboards, and leadership-ready updates. Own project tracking and governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications. Lead resource planning and manage assigned project resources to ensure team allocation and capacity. Track and manage project budget and team hours to ensure delivery within approved expectations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, delays, and blockers. Ensure timely communication and escalation of project status and key decisions to leadership. Maintain strong coordination between offshore and onshore teams.

Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience managing IT or healthcare projects through their full lifecycle. Must possess at least 8 years of strong project management experience, adept at managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience working collaboratively with cross-functional business, technical, BPO, customer, release management, and production support teams. Demonstrated ability to facilitate business and technical requirements review meetings and solution design discussions. Experience supporting estimation processes, including gathering inputs, validating assumptions, coordinating approvals, and preparing customer-facing documentation. Familiarity with release planning, sprint planning, and coordinating project delivery within defined release cycles. Working knowledge of UAT, regression testing, system testing, defect management, and production readiness activities. Strong experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, and leadership-level communications. Proven ability to manage team capacity, allotted hours, resource planning, and budget tracking. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and escalation skills. Ability to work effectively with offshore and onshore teams across different time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, project tracking tools, and collaboration platforms. Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams. Prior experience managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating with client-facing/onshore project managers is required.
