NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Project Program Associate Director to lead offshore delivery for Data & Analytics projects. Oversee offshore delivery for Data & Analytics initiatives, guaranteeing adherence to project timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards. Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Test Engineers, and Technical Data Analysts.

Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, manage risks, issues, and escalations. Drive Agile delivery practices, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Effectively coordinate with onsite leadership and client stakeholders, providing regular status updates.

Apply expertise in data platforms like Databricks and cloud technologies (AWS), overseeing architecture, engineering, testing, and analysis to ensure robust end-to-end delivery. Manage fixed-price engagements, monitoring effort, productivity, and resource utilization to meet commercial commitments.

A minimum of 12 years of IT experience is required, with at least 8 years specifically in Data & Analytics delivery, project management, or technology team leadership. Proven experience leading offshore teams and delivering complex technology projects is essential.

Demonstrated success in managing fixed-price projects, including scope, effort, timelines, and resource utilization, is crucial. A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices is necessary. Familiarity with Databricks, AWS, data engineering, ETL/ELT, and modern data platforms is required.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are expected. Experience with desirable skills such as Data Lakehouse Architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, and project management tools like Jira is a plus.
