Advance your career as a Senior Specialist Advisor in Project Program Management at NTT DATA. This role is pivotal in overseeing offshore delivery for Data & Analytics projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes in terms of timeline, scope, budget, and quality. You will steer cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Technical Data Analysts, collaborating closely with onsite leadership and client representatives.

We seek seasoned professionals with extensive project and delivery management expertise. A strong grasp of Data & Analytics platforms, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and a proven track record in managing fixed-price engagements are essential for success in this dynamic position.

Take full ownership of offshore delivery, guaranteeing the fulfillment of all milestones and commitments within the defined scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks. Develop comprehensive project plans, track delivery schedules, manage resource allocation, and generate regular progress reports. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to prevent delivery delays. Monitor planned versus actual effort, addressing any deviations in scope, schedule, or budget.

Lead and empower offshore teams across data engineering, architecture, testing, and data analysis functions. Oversee resource planning, capacity management, team performance, and prioritization of delivery tasks. Cultivate an environment of collaboration, accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.

A minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience is required, with at least 8 years dedicated to Data & Analytics delivery, project management, or technology leadership. Demonstrated success in leading offshore teams and delivering complex technology projects is crucial. Prior experience in managing fixed-price projects, including scope, effort, timelines, and resource utilization, is a must. A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices is essential.

Familiarity with Databricks, AWS, data engineering principles, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data platforms is necessary. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities are paramount for this role.
