Lead engineering and design transfer projects, managing scope, budget, and schedule to meet customer and business objectives. Interface with customers and internal teams to ensure resource allocation and project success.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) combined with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Possess over 10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 6 years as an engineer. Significant experience is also needed in product development with design transfer activities (minimum 3 years) and project leadership (minimum 3 years).
Demonstrated experience in designing, manufacturing, or repairing ultrasound probes is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory standards like ISO and FDA, along with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, are key. Willingness to travel globally up to 20% is necessary.
