This Project Manager role focuses on driving the planning, governance, and execution of Executive Insights Command Centre initiatives for the USLI region. You'll foster operational discipline, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure the seamless delivery of crucial executive insights and business priorities. Key responsibilities include partnering with Business Line Leaders to execute segment strategies, managing and tracking strategy execution projects, and translating strategic priorities into actionable workplans. You will establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, including project plans, risk logs, and action registers, while closely monitoring milestones and dependencies. This role also involves coordinating cross-functional teams, driving follow-up actions, and providing transparent reporting.

Furthermore, you will enable leadership through the preparation of critical materials like board packs and pursuit reviews. This includes co-leading strategic discussions, managing board meetings, and fostering seamless execution of go-to-market strategies. You will also monitor business KPIs, establish reporting standards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements and automation.

Effective stakeholder management is paramount. You will build trusted relationships with USLI leadership and cross-functional teams, acting as a central coordination point between business users, analytics teams, and developers. Clarifying and prioritizing stakeholder requirements will be essential for translating them into actionable delivery plans, with clear communication of progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 12 years of work experience, complemented by a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience. A strong background in project or program management, business operations, strategy execution, executive reporting, or leadership enablement at a Supervising Associate level is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience within EY, a Big 4 organization, or a comparable global matrix environment. Exposure to Markets reporting, performance management, governance, and stakeholder-facing delivery is highly beneficial. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI and the Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot, is also preferred.
