This role focuses on enhancing finance process management, ensuring robust design, continuous improvement, and adherence to business objectives and regulatory standards. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to driving efficiency and collaboration across departments.

As the primary owner of key finance processes within OSM, OCS, and IB/OKS, you will standardize documentation and ensure compliance. Your role involves identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, leading improvement initiatives to boost accuracy and scalability, and implementing best practices and technology. You will collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business teams, provide guidance, and manage cross-functional projects. Ensuring compliance with regulations, internal controls, and audit standards, along with mitigating process risks, will be crucial. Developing and tracking KPIs to measure process effectiveness is also a key part of this position.

We seek candidates with a comprehensive understanding of finance principles, processes, and systems, ideally with experience in ERP and Oracle Quote to Cash. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to understand and apply operational theories to policies within our dynamic environment will ensure assignment completion. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role.
