Join a significant ERP transformation program as a Project Manager for the Source to Pay (S2P) workstream. This pivotal role involves overseeing the integration of Strategic Sourcing, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and a new Zip orchestration layer to streamline procurement and payment processes.

We seek a proactive leader with extensive experience in managing complex, interconnected projects. You will engage directly with senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and driving successful outcomes for this high-visibility initiative.

Lead the S2P workstream by managing project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables across Strategic Sourcing, TPRM, and the Zip orchestration layer.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable and Purchasing to refine future-state processes and system configurations.

Oversee configuration, testing, and validation for PeopleSoft Sourcing, Aravo TPRM, and Zip orchestration, ensuring seamless integration.

Manage vendor master data cleanup and migration in coordination with the Data workstream.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across platforms. Facilitate status meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates.

Prepare executive-level reports and presentations, and confidently communicate progress and decisions to senior stakeholders.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support organizational change management, communications, and training for S2P end users.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.

We are looking for 6-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on procurement, sourcing, AP, or TPRM transformations.

Direct experience with at least two of the following platforms is essential: PeopleSoft (Sourcing/Procurement), Coupa, Aravo, or Zip.

Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes and experience managing multi-system workstreams with interdependencies.

While not mandatory, a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, along with proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
