The SaT (Strategy and Transactions) practice, specifically within Government and Public Sector Services, combines private sector best practices with public sector understanding to deliver improved public services. This team is part of EY's Transaction Advisory Services, a market-leading group adept at working across industries. We offer implementable strategies informed by deep sector knowledge, transaction insights, and operational understanding across various areas including Transport, Health, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development, Water, Power, and Public Finance.

As a Project Manager in Infrastructure Advisory, you will leverage a strong foundation in PPP advisory, including policy preparation, policy updates, and reviewing PPP requirements across government departments. You will provide hands-on support to government clients on PPP projects, assessing operational and implementation challenges. The role involves offering procurement advisory and RFP support for infrastructure and public sector engagements, alongside transaction advisory experience with structured project development and execution frameworks.

Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future through our Capital Agenda framework. You will address complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions, assisting a diverse range of clients including corporates, private equity, governments, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. This includes portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning analytics, and decision support, utilizing our Connected Capital Solutions to drive competitive advantage and increased returns.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong grounding in PPP advisory, policy development, and procurement support for infrastructure projects. Experience in transaction advisory and understanding structured project development and execution frameworks is essential.

We are seeking individuals with at least 5 years of relevant experience and qualifications in M.Plan or MBA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach, coupled with agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creative energy, will enable you to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
