Design and evaluate startup policy frameworks to strengthen innovation within government and infrastructure sectors. Structure and manage incubator programs, overseeing startup onboarding, milestone tracking, and mentor network coordination. Apply a strong understanding of innovation frameworks to assess and scale emerging technologies in infrastructure projects. Conduct comprehensive startup ecosystem analyses, benchmarking, and gap assessments to inform evidence-based policy recommendations. Utilize core consulting methodologies, including problem structuring, data-driven analysis, and structured reporting, for government-facing innovation initiatives.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and 4 years in Product Management.
