Our Transaction Advisory Services (SaT) practice within GPS brings together a highly skilled network to serve government and public sector organizations. We combine private sector best practices with a deep understanding of public sector needs to enhance public services. The SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory team assists clients in reimagining their strategies, optimizing portfolios, and reinventing for a sustainable future. We help organizations navigate complex financial, operational, and commercial questions using our Capital Agenda framework, supporting better capital allocation and risk-return trade-offs.

Spearhead the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects, applying strong engineering principles. Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for government advisory projects, from tender preparation and bid evaluation to contract finalization. Develop comprehensive technical specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents compliant with public procurement standards. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor performance, ensuring adherence to technical and contractual obligations. Conduct thorough assessments of engineering feasibility, risks, and compliance to inform critical government decisions.

Possess a solid foundation in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering principles relevant to infrastructure project execution. Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing procurement processes for government infrastructure advisory initiatives, including tender preparation, bid assessment, and contract award. Proficiency in drafting detailed technical specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents, ensuring alignment with public procurement norms and government directives. Skillfully monitor project schedules, budgets, and vendor performance against established technical and contractual benchmarks. Effectively assess engineering feasibility, identify risks, and evaluate compliance for infrastructure projects to support informed decision-making by government bodies.

A Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience specifically in Infrastructure Government Advisory Projects. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver, capable of delivering insightful and practical solutions across diverse client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates. Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the ability to maintain positive energy, coupled with adaptability and creativity, are essential attributes.
