Join EY's Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team as a Project Manager in Kolkata. This role is part of our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice, specifically focusing on Infrastructure Advisory within the TCF initiative. You will contribute to transformative projects that reshape public services and address critical challenges facing governments. Manage large-scale urban development projects, particularly in densely populated or complex city environments.

Lead initiatives in master planning, city planning, and infrastructure development.

Provide leadership and team management, leveraging senior town planning expertise.

Utilize proficiency in GIS, spatial analysis, and mapping tools.

Apply a strong understanding of zoning, land use, development control regulations, building bylaws, and Auto-DCR.

Oversee building plan approvals for significant projects and contribute to Smart City initiatives.

A postgraduate degree in Urban Planning is required.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards.

Possess a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
