The Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team specializes in bringing international experience and local knowledge to solve critical government challenges. We focus on digital transformation, involving overhauls of organizational structures, governance, work processes, culture, and mindset, alongside redesigning public service functions. Our SaT (Government and Public Sector Transactions) practice within EY’s GPS Services combines private sector best practices with public sector needs to enhance public services. This practice is a key part of EY’s Transaction Advisory Services, offering expertise across various sectors including Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, and Economic Development Advisory.

Leverage expertise in industrial policy formulation and public policy development within government advisory engagements.

Demonstrate proven proficiency in investment promotion, including investor outreach, lead generation, project grounding, and sector-focused investment initiatives.

Effectively evaluate investment proposals, perform incentive calculations, and support the creation of customized incentive packages.

Apply strong consulting experience to deliver policy and economic development advisory services to government clients.

Utilize demonstrated experience in government advisory projects related to industrial and economic development, ensuring effective stakeholder management.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, along with a postgraduate degree in a relevant sector.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of overall experience. Specifically, at least 2 years of this experience must be dedicated to working within the government sector on economic development initiatives, including policy formulation and investment attraction.
