This role is within our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, a specialized team focused on serving government clients. We leverage international expertise and local insights to address critical public sector challenges, drive digital transformation, and redesign public services for the future. Our solutions help public entities enhance performance and navigate complex strategic choices.

The SaT (Strategy and Transactions) team, within GPS, combines private sector best practices with a deep understanding of public sector needs. We deliver implementable strategies across diverse sectors including transport, social care, education, and infrastructure, offering expertise in transaction advisory services. This practice is uniquely positioned to provide operational insights and sector-specific knowledge to government clients.

As part of SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory, you will contribute to strategies that reshape portfolios and reimagine ecosystems. We assist clients, including governments, in addressing complex financial, strategic, and operational questions using our Capital Agenda framework. Our focus is on improving capital allocation, managing risk/return trade-offs, and enhancing financing and capital efficiency.

Drive technical excellence in industrial policy formulation, public policy development, and government advisory engagements. Spearhead investment promotion initiatives, including investor outreach, lead generation, and project grounding. Evaluate investment proposals, perform incentive calculations, and develop customized incentive packages.

Provide strong consulting expertise in delivering policy and economic development advisory services to government clients. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and contribute to industrial and economic development projects within the government sector.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. A postgraduate degree in a relevant sector is also valued.

Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience. This includes at least 2 years specifically focused on the economic development sector, encompassing policy formulation, investment attraction, and lead generation, with a significant portion of this experience within the government sector.
