We help public sector entities navigate complex changes in organizational structures, governance, and culture to enhance performance and redesign public service delivery.

The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice within EY's Government & Public Sector services leverages private sector best practices with public sector understanding to improve service delivery. Our Transaction Advisory Services team works across various industries, providing implementable strategies and operational insights for sectors like Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, and Economic Development.

Drive industrial policy formulation and public policy development through government advisory engagements. Lead investment promotion efforts, including investor outreach, lead generation, and project grounding. Evaluate investment proposals, perform incentive calculations, and support the development of tailored incentive packages. Deliver consulting services for policy and economic development advisory to government clients, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.

Contribute to government advisory projects focused on industrial and economic development, ensuring effective collaboration across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, along with a post-graduation in a relevant sector. This role demands a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years specifically in the economic development sector, including policy formulation and investment attraction, particularly within the government sector.
