Our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team comprises experts who leverage international best practices and local insights to tackle critical governmental challenges. We specialize in digital transformation, organizational redesign, and process optimization to enhance public service delivery. The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice, specifically within Infrastructure Advisory, helps clients navigate complex strategic, financial, and operational issues.

Within SaT, the Government and Public Sector Transactions Services (TCF) practice combines private sector expertise with an understanding of public sector needs. We serve various sectors including Transport, Healthcare, Education, Urban Development, and Economic Development, focusing on delivering implementable strategies and improving public services. Our work spans across Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring, Project Finance, and Strategy.

This role involves providing crucial support to government project offices, ensuring the effective monitoring and execution of significant infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include tracking physical and financial progress against established timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders such as government officials, architects, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and gather updates.

You will also assist in organizing and conducting review meetings, preparing essential documentation like agenda notes, minutes, action point trackers, and compliance reports. A significant part of the role involves preparing comprehensive monthly project progress reports that detail achievements, bottlenecks, pending approvals, and required interventions for project acceleration.

Furthermore, you will identify critical issues requiring intervention and support coordination with relevant departments for approvals. This position also entails preparing presentations, briefs, and status notes for high-level review meetings with government bodies at both state and national levels.

To excel in this role, a relevant postgraduate qualification is required, such as an MBA, PGDM, M.Plan, M.Tech, or an equivalent degree. Additionally, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil or Infrastructure Planning, or an equivalent qualification, is necessary.
