Your primary responsibilities include assessing site suitability, infrastructure, and physical development needs for critical projects like Data Centers and industrial parks. You will conduct thorough reviews of civil, structural, and architectural designs, evaluating building layouts, utility systems, and resilience against environmental factors.

Key tasks involve verifying capital investment claims, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and infrastructure standards. You will also be instrumental in technical due diligence, project appraisal, and preparing comprehensive assessment reports. Providing technical support in stakeholder meetings is also a core part of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure development is essential, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Data Centers, Industrial Parks, IT Parks, SEZs, or similar projects.

Demonstrated experience in site suitability analysis, infrastructure planning, structural assessments, and navigating statutory approvals is required. Familiarity with construction supervision, disaster-resilient infrastructure, green building principles, and government project frameworks is highly valued.
