Join NTT DATA as a Project Manager, focusing on the critical Source to Pay (S2P) workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation program. Oversee the S2P project plan, milestones, and risk logs, encompassing Strategic Sourcing, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and a new Zip orchestration layer. Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and TPRM teams to define and implement future-state processes and system configurations. Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation activities across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and an optimized user experience.

Manage vendor master data cleanup and migration. Proactively identify and resolve gaps, dependencies, and risks across platforms. Facilitate status meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates, delivering executive-ready reports. Support organizational change management, communications, and end-user training. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in tracking deliverables and validating outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required, alongside 6-10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading procurement, sourcing, AP, or TPRM transformations. Proven hands-on experience with systems like PeopleSoft Sourcing, Coupa, Aravo, or Zip is essential, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end S2P processes. You should demonstrate experience managing multi-system workstreams with significant interdependencies and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and SharePoint is expected. The ability to work proactively and independently with global stakeholders across different time zones is crucial. While PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred, strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are paramount for success in this role.
