Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, focusing on the critical Source to Pay (S2P) workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant improvements in strategic sourcing, third-party risk management, and procure-to-pay processes.

You will be instrumental in managing the migration of Strategic Sourcing to Oracle, replacing the TPRM system with Aravo, and implementing a new Zip orchestration layer. This position is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives on managing complex interdependencies and communicating effectively with senior client stakeholders.

As the Project Manager for the S2P workstream, you will own the project plan, milestones, and RAID log. Responsibilities include partnering with various teams to define future-state processes, coordinating configuration and testing across Sourcing, TPRM, and orchestration platforms, and managing vendor master data cleanup and migration.

You will proactively identify and resolve risks and dependencies, facilitate status meetings and workshops, and prepare executive-ready reports and presentations. Additional duties involve tracking and escalating risks/issues, coordinating UAT, supporting organizational change management, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all project aspects.

We are seeking a Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years leading procurement, sourcing, or TPRM transformations. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.

Candidates must possess hands-on familiarity with systems like PeopleSoft, Coupa, Aravo, or Zip, and have a strong understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes. Proven experience managing multi-system, multi-stakeholder workstreams and excellent communication skills for presenting to executive audiences are essential. Proficiency in project management tools and the ability to work independently across time zones are also key.
