A significant ERP transformation program, AmpliFi, requires a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the Record to Report (R2R) workstream. This role is pivotal in guiding the planning, coordination, and execution of R2R-related processes within the new ERP environment. Collaboration with finance stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams is essential to ensure a seamless transition and optimization of financial processes.

This contract position offers a hybrid work mode, with the flexibility to adapt based on program needs. The ideal candidate will bring a mid-level experience profile, typically between 6 to 10 years, to effectively manage the complexities of this critical workstream.

Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the R2R workstream. You will coordinate closely with finance and accounting teams to define requirements and confirm design choices. This involves tracking crucial deliverables such as chart of accounts redesign, journal entry automation, and intercompany processes.

Managing risks, issues, and interdependencies with other program workstreams is paramount. You will be responsible for organizing and leading various meetings, including status updates, domain discussions, steering committees, and workshops specific to R2R. Oversight of testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and support for change management and end-user training are also core functions. Ensuring adherence to program governance, documentation standards, and reporting schedules is vital.

Program-level responsibilities encompass following AmpliFi's governance, PMO standards, and reporting templates. You will actively participate in cross-workstream coordination and escalate risks and issues through established governance channels. Support for overall cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization for the assigned domain is also expected.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. A strong foundation of 6–10 years in project management is required, with at least 3 years dedicated to R2R or financial close processes within an ERP transformation context.

A working knowledge of ERP platforms, particularly Oracle Fusion, as it pertains to financial reporting and consolidation, is essential. A solid understanding of general accounting principles, month-end/quarter-end close procedures, and statutory reporting is also necessary. While not mandatory, a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet, along with collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and SharePoint, is expected. The ability to navigate different time zones and coordinate with global stakeholders is also a key requirement, alongside strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
