Spearhead the Record to Report (R2R) workstreams for the AmpliFi Oracle Fusion Upgrade Program. This pivotal role involves meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and effective execution across critical financial processes including general ledger, financial close, consolidation, fixed assets, reconciliations, allocations, and project accounting.

Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to redefine, configure, and test R2R processes, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP environment.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the R2R domain.

Gather requirements and validate design decisions by partnering with finance controllership, accounting, and consolidation teams.

Monitor deliverables for chart of accounts redesign, close calendar alignment, journal entry automation, and intercompany processes.

Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including interdependencies with other AmpliFi program workstreams.

Lead R2R-specific meetings, including status updates, domain discussions, steering committee sessions, and workshops.

Oversee all testing phases, from unit and integration testing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for R2R configurations and reports.

Contribute to change management initiatives and end-user training for R2R processes.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is required.

Possess 6–10 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to supporting R2R or financial close processes within an ERP transformation.

Demonstrate working knowledge of ERP platforms, such as Oracle Fusion, specifically in relation to financial reporting and consolidation.

Exhibit a strong understanding of general accounting principles, month-end/quarter-end close procedures, and statutory reporting requirements.

Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders is essential.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.

Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet, along with collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and SharePoint, is expected.

Ability to navigate different time zones and coordinate with global stakeholders, including onshore and offshore teams.

Showcase strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
