Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives, including those involving AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of project and software development lifecycles, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial insurance and a proven ability to manage mid-sized to large IT integration projects independently. You will be instrumental in translating business needs into technical deliverables and driving successful project outcomes.

Oversee all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budget constraints. Coordinate project activities with IT teams and stakeholders, tracking performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk management plans, and communication strategies. Secure necessary resources and funding by collaborating with team members and management.

Define project scopes and schedules in close collaboration with stakeholders, understanding their business needs and processes. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications by working with business analysts and architects.

Provide regular performance updates and maintain relevant metrics for transparency. Communicate project risks, status, and strategic implications to executive leadership. Stay informed about AI trends and evaluate their potential impact on projects.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in application and data integration projects. Must have detailed knowledge of project management and software development life cycle methodologies.

Proven track record of independently managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects. A mandatory background in Commercial Insurance is essential for this role.

Possess strong communication, facilitation, and management skills, with the ability to achieve results in a matrix environment. Must be adept at translating business needs into IT deliverables and applying waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Familiarity with multi-disciplinary information technology and systems deployment experience is required. Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint is also necessary.
